Some roles are harder to fill than others. Targeted campaigns go after the specific people you need instead of everyone at once.
Roles we can target
- Drivers and operators. People with experience driving large vehicles, and volunteers who are available during the day.
- Officers and chiefs. Experienced fire service members ready to lead a volunteer department.
- EMTs and medical responders. People with medical training, or who want it.
- Resident volunteers. People willing to live at or near a station in exchange for duty shifts, often students in fire or EMS programs.
- Firefighters. New volunteers in a specific community or for a specific station.
How it works
We build a page for the role that sets out exactly what it involves, then advertise it to the people most likely to fit. Applications come to you the same way as in the applicant program.
